In order to process your personal data, we would like to ask for your consent to the processing of your personal data. The protection of the personal data of our clients or potential clients is our priority, and therefore we will follow these principles when providing our legal services. Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In the course of our activities, personal data are processed to the extent necessary for the provision of the agreed legal services. Depending on the specific case, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

identification data (name, surname, academic title, date of birth or personal identification number),

contact data (telephone number, e-mail address, permanent residence address, contact or billing address),

data concerning financial situation, bank accounts, data on ongoing / completed / impending court / enforcement / administrative proceedings, data on any criminal proceedings and criminal matters,

data from documents submitted by the client,

information about services provided,

and other personal data necessary for the performance of the contract with the client.

Consent to processing is granted for the purpose of contacting you with a response to your inquiry. Clients’ personal data will be processed for the duration of the provision of legal services and, after their completion, will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular Act No. 85/1996 Coll. (the Advocacy Act), Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (the Archives and Records Management Act and on amendments to certain acts), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR).

The processing of the above personal data will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as other related legal regulations. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

You also declare that you are aware of your rights under Act No. 110/2019 Coll. and under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular the rights set out in Articles 12 to 23 of that Regulation, including the right:

to be informed what personal data are being processed,

to access personal data,

to erasure and restriction of the processing of personal data,

to correct or amend inaccurate or incomplete data,

not to be subject to automated individual decision-making,

to data portability,

to contact the controller or directly the Office for Personal Data Protection if the processor or controller processes personal data in violation of the law.
