(the Archives and Records Management Act and on amendments to certain acts), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR).
The processing of the above personal data will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as other related legal regulations. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
You also declare that you are aware of your rights under Act No. 110/2019 Coll. and under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular the rights set out in Articles 12 to 23 of that Regulation, including the right:

to access personal data,
to erasure and restriction of the processing of personal data,
